Mission Statement

The mission of the Smiths Falls Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic is that of ensuring health promotion, illness prevention and chronic disease management for the people of Smiths Falls and surrounding counties of Leeds, Grenville and Lanark, through improved access to exemplary comprehensive patient-focused primary health care services.

We acknowledge that since we are located in the town of Smiths Falls, we are gathering on the traditional, unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishanaabe people, whose ancestors have lived here since time beyond memory, before colonization, and still today have rights in these lands and waters.

The Smiths Falls Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic is looking for a highly collaborative Nurse Practitioner to permanently join our team, 3 days a week (22.5 hours)

Wage: $125,477 per annum (1.0 FTE)

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:40-4:30 (rotating Thursday evenings 12-8)

Pharmacist Job Posting

The Smiths Falls Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic is looking for a pharmacist to join our team!

The SFNPLC provides primary health care services to the people of Smiths Falls, and surrounding areas of Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville. 

The health care we provide is delivered by nurse practitioners and supported by allied health professionals such as registered nurses, social worker, and dietitian, as well as administrative support.

The Pharmacist at the clinic works to the full scope of practice according to the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

If you are a pharmacist interested in working in primary care, we would like to hear from you!  The position is permanent part-time, with a minimum of 18.75 hours/week, up to $57/hr.
