Nurse Practitioner (Board of Directors)
The SFNPLC is a not-for-profit primary health care clinic, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors with a
membership makeup of 51% nurse practitioners (non-staff) and 49% community members. The clinic delivers
primary care, led by nurse practitioners, supported by a team of allied health professionals, including a social
worker, pharmacist, dietitian, registered nurses, and administrative support staff.
